George Coetzee needed to maintain his eye on his watch on Sunday after getting put on the clock in the final round of the Telkom PGA Championship at Country Club Johannesburg, however it did not prevent him walking to a two-shot triumph.

He completed with a 27-under-par 261 total with his discount golf equipment after firing a near eight-under-par 64 to edge out Neil Schietekat by two golf shots.

Brandon Grace, the guy with whom he had tussled all week, ended up back into a share of 3rd with a fast-finishing Garth Mulroy two golf shots further back.

It was not until the trio were put on the clock at the 14th that the problem offered by Grace started to fade.

"It had been regrettable." stated Coetzee. "Gracie had been very conscious of it, and began rushing his golf shots. I knew it might really make a difference, and I attempted to make certain with my golf clubs, such as the TaylorMade R11 Driver. "I often try and fire at flags all day long," he stated, "Johann Rupert informed me at last week's tournament to be a little less intense when things got difficult, and I performed that a lot," he stated.
