Playing her first Honma Beres MG 803 Irons on the men's Hooters Tour's Winter Series, the 25-year-old, thee-time LPGA Tour winner finished in a tie for 72nd in a field of 113, 10 strokes back from US male compatriot Brad Klapprott, the halfway leader.
Lincicome, who ranks as one of the longest hitters on the LPGA Tour, posted one birdie, three bogeys and 14 pars on the Deer Island Golf Club course.
Lincicome tied with England's Zane Scotland, who in 1999 competed as a 16-year-old amateur in the Open Championship, having won a national Honma Beres MG 803 Irons to find Britain's answer to Tiger Woods two years mealier.
Scotland disappeared from tournament leaderboard after a car accident and wrist injury sidelined him until he returned to the Open Championship last year for the time in 11 years.
